Our Growth Workshops are interactive sessions that help our clients understand their most effective and realistic routes to growth with the alignment of your strategy with an effective delivery model.
These one and a half day innovative sessions include a presentation on growth findings by CapableCore to reveal why growth fails, and challenges and opportunities, emerging technologies and routes to a successful growth strategy.
CapableCore Growth Workshops provide a creative medium for clients to deeply explore ways to deliver their strategy taking into account internal objectives and capabilities to generate fresh ideas, opportunities, and ways to innovate around a high performing culture.
Clients are then led through a series of business design and organizational alignment activities designed to assess the current business and provide a route from strategic intent to effective delivery.
Conducted on-site or at a neutral venue, the CapableCore growth workshops help clients determine their best ways to close the gaps that are inherently there between a good strategy and an effective delivery model and lead them on a path to grow their organisation.
The outcome of the growth workshops is to have completed a team or company business design, which gives you the answers to the following questions.
