The CapableCore operating model and search engine operates on a matrix structure, we understand that a business requires both Hard and Soft people skills to operate at its full potential, we call this an organization alignment model Organization Alignment . An Organization Alignment is how the CapableCore determines the hard and soft wiring approach to required people skills sets.
We take 6 sub sections and give generic requirements for each to best judge an individual's capability and thus their CapableCore.
